Items must be returned in their original packaging with all protective films and tags intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original presentation box and secure them within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to WatchGecko

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
